"Very disappointing and poor customer services. Not sure if customer service has been outsourced overseas but it is hard to get messages really hard to get through. If you ever decide to cancel your policy, be ready to make multiple calls over the following weeks after you decide to cancel. Beware of automatic payments which will continue after you cancel your policy. Even calls to Statefarm corporate offices will not solve your issues. Months after insurance has been cancelled you will continue to get charged. If you close your credit card to avoid charges, then be ready to receive calls trying to collect. All this while the car is no longer in the state. **Edit - Owner does not have me registered as a customer because this is on behalf of my brother Juan Manuel."

"Less than 3.7 stars should tell you something. The rating is even lower on yelp. When I first signed up for the insurance it was great. If you mention that you want to lower your rate they dodge your phone call. I called to complain and told Jose that I was promised a call back and didn't receive one, was hung up on, and was talked down to by him and he said there's nothing he can do about that. Extremely Poor customer service."
